Free books
Free books do not need a refund. You can read the free sample of any book before you get it.
Paid books
If a book you paid for with credits is not as described, you can ask for a refund from My shelf during the refund window shown there. A team member reviews each request.
How you get paid back
An approved refund returns the credits to your wallet and removes the book from your shelf.
Gifts
The person who paid for a gift can be refunded only if the store removes the book. Gift receivers cannot ask for a refund.
Top-ups
Credits you added by manual payment are generally not paid back as money. If you sent the wrong amount or something went wrong, contact us and we will help.
